Sausage Mushroom Pizza Recipe by Bella Gluten-Free

1 cup of your foavorite Pizza Sauce
1 cup shitake mushrooms, sliced
3/4 cup shredded cheese or cheese alternative
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese or a pinch of sea salt
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Prepare one cup Bella Gluten-Free Gourmet Italian Pizza Crust Mix. Stir until it forms a soft ball. Press out on baking with wet hands or spatula into desired shape. Dough will make one 12-14" pizza crust.
Add topping to formed crust. Bake in oven for 20 minutes until pizza is golden brown. Bite, chew...Yum!
