Easter Egg Cookie Cups Recipe by Bella Gluten-Free

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a 12 cup muffin tin with baking cups.
Prepare Bella Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Mix according to instructions.
Evenly distribute the batter among the 12 muffin cups. With your fingers create a center well in each cookie cup in which the peanut butter eggs will rest.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes pull out and place 3 peanut butter eggs in the center well that you created in each cookie, pressing them down slightly.
Return to oven and bake 2 additional minutes. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
