My daughter suggested I join the 21st century and learn to blog. Since I talk a lot, I imagine it shouldn’t be too hard. For those who are just getting to know me, I am a celiac chef and a teacher of gourmet gluten-free cuisine. My daughter suggested I join the 21st century and learn to blog. Since I talk a lot, I imagine it shouldn’t be too hard. For those who are just getting to know me, I am a celiac chef and a teacher of gourmet gluten-free cuisine. I have taught over 1500 people over the past 5 years and in my spare time, I have written a cookbook, The Gluten-Free Italian Cookbook: Classic Cuisine from the Italian Countryside. That’s right…gluten-free Italian cuisine is no longer an oxymoron. Growing up in an Italian household has made me beyond passionate about food, just ask my family. And since I actually live the lifestyle of a celiac, my mission is to bring back joy to people on restricted diets by creating food and recipes that are simply scrumptious. I will accept nothing less. In Musings of a Celiac Chef, I will share with you recipes, cooking techniques, kitchen discoveries and stories about my travels. I hope you’ll join me in a lively discussion and share your own kitchen secrets as we stir the pot together and create scrumptious gluten-free fare. Get ready to dive in the dough.
