Ingredients: Prepare on Sweet Pastry Crust following directions on the back of the Bella Gluten-Free All Purpose Baking Mix. Ingredients: Filling 1 15 ounce can of Pure Pumpkin 1/2 cup packed Brown Sugar 1/3 cup honey 3 eggs ( one at a time) 1 1/4 cups whipping cream (For Dairy/Casein Free use unsweetend milk alternative or coconut milk or coconut milk creamer) 1 TBL finely grated fresh ginger 1 tsp Cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt |

Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 1. Mix together in large bowl pumpkin, sugar and honey. 2. Whisk in eggs one at a time, whipping cream, ginger, cinnamon and salt. 3. Pour into prepared pie crust (see Bella Gluten-Free All purpose Baking Mix for instructions) and bake until set about 60 minutes. Add center cut out 10 min. before the pie is done. If crust gets too brown before pie is done cover with foil.
