Ingredients: 1 cup Bella Gluten-Free All Purpose Baking Mix 4 eggs 2 cups of sugar 2 stick (1 cup) unsalted butter or butter substitute,melted or 1 cup vegetable oil 2 tsp vanilla extract 4 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted |

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare 9”x13” pan with grease or parchment paper.
1. In small bowl mix dry ingredients; Bella Gluten-Free All Purpose Baking Mix. Set aside. 2. Using a kitchen aid with the whisk attachment or with a hand mixer, beat eggs and sugar together until pale yellow (about 5-7 min) in a large bowl. Your batter should create a heavy ribbon when you lift your beater. 3. Melt the unsweetened chocolate using a double boiler. Remove from heat and cool slightly. When cooled enough not to cook the eggs fold or stir into egg/sugar mixture. 4. Fold in melted butter or oil and extract. 5. Sprinkle dry ingredients on top and fold in. 6. Spread evenly in the prepared pan. 7. Bake for 18 minutes or until center is done. Cool for 30 minutes before cutting |
