Lemon Curd Tart by Bella Gluten-Free

Add lemon curd to one Bella Gluten-Free pastry crust for a fabulous dessert.

Servings: Makes 15 servings.  •   Prep: 15 mins  • Total: 50 mins
lemoncurd Ingredients:

Lemon Curd

4 yolks

½ cup sugar

2 lemons, zested and juiced

4 TBL unsalted butter

Directions:

Follow instructions on the back of the bag of  Bella Gluten Free All Purpose Mix for one Sweet Pastry Crust.

In small saucepan, mix yolks and sugar. Whisk in lemon juice and zest. Add butter chunks and warm over medium heat stirring constantly until curd thicken. Do not let the sauce boil. Place in bowl and let cool. Refrigerate until ready for use.
