| Ingredients: Crust: Double the Sweet Pie Crust recipe on the back of Bella Gluten-Free All Purpose Baking Mix Filling: 2 cups fresh cherries, stemmed and pitted or 12 oz. from pitted cherries, unthawed 2 TBL potato starch 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp gluten-free vanilla 1 TBL lemon juice 1 tsp lemon zest pinch of salt 1 egg white (optional) |

Directions: • Divide dough in two and place between two sheets of parchment paper. Flatten each to about a 6” disk. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour. • Peel one layer of parchment paper off and flip dough over onto pie plate. Peel back second layer of parchment paper and trim excess dough off edge.
