Garlic Knots by Bella Gluten-Free

These dinner rolls are a perfect companion to any Italian Feast.  They are so easy to make you want them with every meal. 

Servings: Makes 18 servings.  •   Prep: 15 mins  • Total: 55 mins
roll Ingredients:

One Package of Bella Gluten-Free Pizza Dough, Rolls and Focaccia Mix. 

4 TBL Butter or olive oil

4 cloves garlic, chopped

Prep:
15 minutes

Directions:
Lightly grease 18 muffin tins.

Prepare one Package of Bella Gluten-Free Pizza Dough, Rolls and Focaccia Mix.  Follow the recipe for roll preparation on the back of the bag. 

In a small saucepan, add butter and/or oil to garlic and saute for 2 minutes. Do not let garlic get too brown or it will turn bitter. 

Let rolls proof in warm area or until dough doubles in size, about 25-30 minutes. Brush tops with garlic butter.

Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot from the oven. If freezing, place cooled rolls in a zip-lock freezer bag and remove when needed. Refresh in the oven at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
