Arugula Proscuitto Pizza by Bella Gluten-Free

1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups fresh arugula
6-8 slices proscuitto, thinly sliced
Lemon and sea salt to taste
Shaved Parmesan Cheese (if desired)

Directions:
Heat oil in medium-size skillet until hot. Add onions and saute until translucent, about 3-5 minutes. Add garlic and saute for an     additional minute.  Set aside. In large bowl toss fresh arugula with a tablespoon of olive oil, a squeeze of lemon and salt and pepper to taste.

When Bella Gluten-Free Pizza crust has risen, add onion/oil sauce and bake according to directions or to desired doness, about 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and top with arugula then proscuitto. Shave thin curls of Parmesan cheese on top (if desired) and get ready to dive in
