Making foccacia bread this afternoon (this will be the first time I've made foccacia - have made pizza and pizza buns before which I love!!)

If one must be gluten free it is great to have Bella Gluten-Free Multi Grain Sandwich Bread Mix and All Purpose Baking Mix.  I was thrilled to find these on the shelf at the Pagosa Springs City Market!  It would be more convenient and economical if the All Purpose Baking Mix came in large bags as does Pamela's Baking Mix.  Bella's is preferred over Pamela's in this household. ---Janice Davis

Yesterday I bought a muffin top pan at Bed Bath and Beyond.  I thawed some Bella GF pizza dough and made 6 little individual sized pizzas and froze them.  This morning I made a sort of little frittata/scrambled egg with spinach, onion, yellow squash and orange bell pepper. Seasoned with salt, pepper and thyme.  I put Toffuti sour cream and Daiya cheese shreds on the pizza then topped it off with the egg scramble. Add a couple of roasted heirloom tomatoes for color and yum!!!!  So elegant!!---Leann O, Edmond, OK

We received our Bella order and immediately made the multigrain bread that night. My husband was thrilled! He said, "Why haven't we been using this for the past 5 years??"

I can't tell you how your cook book has changed my life! Since I realized what I thought was lactose intolerance was really a gluten allergy food has been a challenge. The reason I bought more is to give then as gifts. I was so tired of eating bland food. I was also raised Italian, my mother was an immigrant and my father 1st generation in US, not only do we love to eat I love to cook. My house now smells like a home again! Thank you!
